THE WOMEN OF G.R.O.W.
Project PEARLS created and launched a livelihood program to give resources and opportunities to women living at the relocation village in Bulacan.  These women are mothers, grandmothers, sisters of Project PEARLS scholars.

In 2013, the Philippine government relocated their slum community of Ulingan at Tondo, Manila to Bulacan.  Housing was provided but no source of livelihood or income were introduced.  Thus, these families are hungrier in Bulacan than they were in Tondo.
With your support and generosity, we are hoping to sustain and grow this livelihood program.  Together, we can empower more women who can transform their families and community from poverty.
